COLLEGE BOUND NEBRASKA This means you will pay no tuition at the University of Nebraska campuses (UNL/UNK/UNO) if you qualify for a federal Pell grant or have a EFC (expected family contribution on the FAFSA) of $5,000 or less. If you just miss Pell grant eligibility there may also be assistance. The guideline is a typical family of four with one student in college and an annual family income of $50,000 or less may qualify. Your FAFSA must be on file by April 1.
NEBRASKA STATE COLLEGE SYSTEM ADVANTAGE-A similar program with free tuition at the state colleges for students who qualify for a Pell grant.Your FAFSA must be filed by June 1.
